Trust and security
Your home's information belongs to your home.
Oswen is useful because he understands your household. That understanding is protected by the way Oswen is built, not by a promise on a page.
Every home is separate
Each household's information is isolated at the database level. No home can see another home's people, routines, documents or history.
Access follows real roles
Each person in your home has a role that you choose. What each person can see and do follows that role and is checked on the server for every request.
- Someone with a limited role sees what is relevant to them, such as their responsibilities, schedule, instructions and emergency information, without private financial information, personal documents or private notes.
- Money is visible only to the people you allow.
- Sensitive details, such as health, identity or financial information, are kept only after a person confirms them, and are visible only to the people you choose.
Sensitive actions wait for you
Oswen can prepare almost anything, but buying, booking, cancelling, paying, sending something on your behalf, or giving someone access always waits for a person's approval. Oswen never moves money.
You can see, correct and remove
You can see what Oswen keeps about your home, correct it, or ask him to forget it. Corrections are kept as history rather than silently overwritten. You can delete your household or your account from the app.
The intelligence and the model
Oswen uses leading AI models to understand language, documents and photos. The part that understands your household (its memory, people, permissions and rules) belongs to Oswen and is kept by Oswen. An AI provider receives only what a request needs, and processes it under its own terms for business customers.
In transit and at rest
Connections to Oswen are encrypted, and household data is stored encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
